What Settle is
- Settle plays sound. It is an audio app, not a medical device, and it doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart condition or a pacemaker, or you’re pregnant, check with a doctor before you use it.
- Don’t use it while driving or operating machinery. Keep the volume comfortable and stop if you feel unwell.
- The visuals move and change in brightness.
Using it
- Settle is for your personal use on devices you own or control. You have a licence to use it, not ownership of it: the sounds, visuals, names and code stay Settle Sound’s.
- There’s no account. Your routines and settings live on your device, and deleting the app deletes them.
- Don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its sounds.
Settle Unlimited
- Settle Unlimited is a one-off purchase for more routines and longer play. It never renews.
- Purchases, refunds and family sharing are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Settle Sound never sees your payment details.
- It lifts the app’s own limits on routines, sounds per routine and play length. Anything Settle Sound sells separately in future is a separate purchase.
Your rights
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits them.
- Apart from those guarantees and anything else the law won’t let us exclude, Settle is provided as is, and Settle Sound isn’t liable for loss arising from your use of it. If you’re outside Australia, your own consumer laws may give you rights these terms don’t take away.
Changes and contact
- These terms may change. The current version is always at settlesound.com/terms, with the date it changed.
- Queensland law applies.
