White, pink and brown noise.

Three kinds of noise, free, from a speaker or headphones. The difference is pitch.

Which one

  • White noise, for drowning out a noisy room. Even from top to bottom.
  • Pink noise, for a softer hiss, day or night. Leans lower.
  • Brown noise, for a deep, steady rumble. Leans lowest.

In Settle

  • All three are in Settle Down and Settle In, free. No beat, so no headphones needed.
  • They play for 1 hr, free. With Settle Unlimited, set Length to No end and leave them on all night.
  • The sleep timer works on them: it fades out, then stops. No chime.
  • Nothing about you leaves the phone, and the noise is made on it as it plays, so it works with no signal.

If noise isn’t it

Some of the sounds play fine from a speaker too: Still Air for sitting quietly, Low Tide for lights out, the two Slow Breath sounds, Clear Water for calm work, Tailwind for a deadline. See every sound.
